I got a probleme with my Iphone 5
When it switch EDGE to 3G, with only one bar of 3G, then it switch on "No connection"
I have change my SIM, update to Firmware 6.0.1
But it's always the same probleme
When it switch 3G to EDGE there's no problem
And i have the same probleme on my Iphone 4S

hi Toutenkarton50, i'm italian and my carrier is tim i have the same problem, my 5 friend have the same problem,
yesterday i have call apple support,
I found a person who has denied me the problem and postponing it to the carrier (but its not correctly),
I think it's a bug in ios 6.0.1!!!!!!!!!!!!
i hope to solve soon, its a big problem.....!

peut être que vous pouvez contacter la personne qui est en charge de mon dossier pour ce problème.
Pour lui je suis le seul a avoir ce problème avec le téléphone, et donc le dossier traine en longueur.
Cela fait maintenant depuis février 2012 que j'ai ce problème, et avant j'avais le même problème sur un iphone 4S à partir de l'IOS 5.1.
merci de me communiquer où je peux vous laisser le nom de la personne a contacter.
et ca serait bien de pouvoir rester en contact pour voir si le dossier avance, car j'ai vraiment l'impression de me faire leurrer par Apple.

Io ho lo stesso problema... iPhone 5 acquistato in abbonamento TIM da due settimane, ma oggi mi sono accorto che nonostante diversi tentativi di reset ... Mi va solo in Edge.... Tu hai risolto?

Dopo molte segnalazioni da me fatte al supporto online ad oggi nn mi hanno dato soluzione al problema
Io sto aspettando il 6.1 nella speranza che ci sia soluzione altrimenti personalmente mi vedrò costretto a cambiare il telefono e passare ad altra azienda.

Da due mesi cerco di risolvere lo stesso problema dello switch edge/3G con nano sim TIM. Ho aggiornato l'iPhone 5 a IOS 6.1, ma quando va in edge ci mette del tempo a ritornare in 3G, anche quando altri cellulari hanno un segnale 3G a 2-3 tacche. Ho potuto notare, in questi due mesi, un leggero miglioramento: prima stava sempre in edge, ora, se il segnale è forte, si mantiene più a lungo in 3G. Ma appena il 3G segna due-tre tacche, il 90% delle volte va in edge. Probabilmente il gestore ha le sue responsabilità e anche l'Apple, che sottovaluta la questione, ma finirà così per perdere credibilità. Fino a quando non sarà riconosciuto un difetto hardware di qualche partita di iPhone, non lo manderò in assistenza per vedermi recapitato un "rigenerato". Ma spero che Apple dia qualche risposta alle decine di lamentele che si leggono nei forum, invece di fare finta che il problema non esiste. GRAZIE APPLE!! 😟
