Feedback for iPad mini postpone for delivery date

I have some feedback for the iPad mini postpone my delivery date.

First of all, I just order iPad mini via Apple Online Store because It show delivery date 12/12/12.

So, I decided to order for birthday gift 16/12/12 that will be arrived before birthday.

Then, I got the email that postpone the delivery date to 25/12/12.

I just plan to cancel the order but I can't. The status on site change to "Prepare for shipment".

After that It has a only way to cancel that phone to 001-800-65-6957 (Apple Online Store Thailand).

Unfortunately It can call only Mon-Fri, Monday (10/12/12) I call to them about 5 times and wait

each time around 5 - 10 minute. But no one answer the phone.

Today (11/12/12), I call again 5 times then I can get access by choose menu 1 to buying product

then someone answer me and I told them to transfer me to order staus department.

After I talk to him I just know that It shipped from china already but not arrived to delivery company yet.

But he can't garantee that it will be before the birthday date but it should not be late than 25/12/12.

So, I decide to wait. But I waste my time to waiting them to answer the phone (about 5 min x 10 time),

waste my money to call oversea. I just think that It should not has situation like this for future.
