i recived a replacement iphone 4s from my insurance provider, but i dont have a facetime app in my phone, so how can i get this app and installe it into my phone. thanks

You cannot install it.
It is part of the OS.
There was never a facetime app/icon. As the manual explains, turn on facetime in settings, then go to Contacts, select a contact, scroll down to the facetime button.
