automator to mount network drive and auto connect

i am trying to make an automator script that automatically mounts a network drive and then conncets to it. i can get it to get ready to mount it, but it still needs me to click connect on the drive to have it mount. I how do i get it to automatically "click connect" too.

dual 2ghz Powermam G5, Mac OS X (10.4.5), 1.5gb RAM 460gb

Then Once you have the 'Alias' you can add that to the Accounts Auto login items pane in System Preferences, let me know if you're not sure what I mean !

Something I use a lot is: mount the volumes I want and choose the "Add to Keychain" for the passowrd.
When the volume mounts, I make an alias of it by selecting it and doing a commnad+L.
I then hide the server mounted volumes in the finder preferences so I don't have duplicate icons all over.
The alias's stay after reboot and the volumes will auto-mount everytime without asking for anything.

The negative thing to this is if you need to change your password, new alias's will have to be made.
