Q: Iphone 5, the app for purchasing songs is gone?

I can't find the app to allow me to download songs, films etc on my iPhone 5.

I am able to download from the app store; games, apps and books.

 

I've tried resetting the home page several time, but its not worked.

    First, confirm that Apple sells music and movies in your country:

    If not, the app will not appear on your device.

     

    If they do, make sure you're looking for the correct app; it's titled "iTunes" in iOS. It may be on a different home screen or inadvertantly dropped in a folder, in which case searching for it or resetting the Home Screen Layout (Settings -> General -> Reset) should bring it back. Also check the Restrictions to make sure that the iTunes item isn't turned off there.
