What sort of things are needed to back up and what are not needed?

I want to know what type of apps are needed to be backed up and what are not so that I can turn them off In settings please help. For apps that are not needed Comment 1(baby games), 2(my games), or 3(all other apps).

If you sync apps on youre computer / Mac, it actually doesn't really matter, becauser the apps will be an you're computer. It's the data of an app - I suppose, you're question was a bit confusing to me - you have to sync in iCloud. Apps like GarageBand or storage apps, but games, they don't even store stuff. Hope you have something with this post. 🙂

Basically you will want to back up apps that contain data you feel is important and may want to recover in the event of an issue that requires a restore. It certainly isn't neccessary to back up all apps, but no big deal if you have the space (in iCloud if that is your back up method, for example, or on your computer). I routinely do not back up games (pretty much limited to to Angy Birds in my case), and periodically run several travel/booking apps that I never back up). Apps with a lot of content, such as Contacts, Notes you most likley will want to back up, and certainly anything with specific configuratins and settings you want to retain or that may be difficult to recreate.
