I can not reset the ipod using buttons because Ipod Nano does not work!!! more

Dec 11, 2012 10:19 AM in response to jorge.rojas4by bongzki_02,Are you sure you have done the hard reset. (pressing the home and on/off button together until the apple logo appears). You can perform reset even if the ipod is off.

The only way to turn on my ipod is connecting the usb cord to the energy and logo appears with an old date 1970. Apple support told me to restore my ipod nano, if the problem continues i must go to repare my apple.
