Q: My ipod nano 7g suddenly turn off when is playing even with full battery and after that I can not turn on, I must to connect to power to charge and it reset. I can not reset the ipod using buttons because Ipod Nano does not work!!!

I think that Ipod Nano 7th have a Hardware failure or a bug on OS.

Are you sure you have done the hard reset. (pressing the home and on/off button together until the apple logo appears). You can perform reset even if the ipod is off.

Yes I did it, I followed all instructions on ipod user guide in all issues that said.

The only way to turn on my ipod is connecting the usb cord to the energy and logo appears with an old date 1970. Apple support told me to restore my ipod nano, if the problem continues i must go to repare my apple.

Same with my Ipod nano, battery lasts only around 1 hour after full charge, and i dont see mic icon even after connecting to the headset with mic.
