B&W Zeppelin Air with iPod v1.3.1 1Gb Nano

Hi all ,

Anyone knows if the iPod Nano 1GB v1.3.1 works on B&W Zeppelin Air? I have tried with my iPod but doesn't work. But i have bought the Zeppelin 3 days ago and i still don't understand well how it works! When i plug in my iPod the light begins Green as it is an AUX source. But in the user manual is written that should be Blue for iPod/iPhone. I tried to switch the mode manually but the iPod gave me an alert box where was written : This kind of tool isn't supported by this iPod. Any advice? i want to use my iPod because i leave it there plugged in.
