Mail isn't sending from proper address

I have 3 email accounts tied to Mail in 10.6.8. I've never had any problems until recently I'm getting replies to emails sent from one address in a differnt adress's inbox.


I double check that it is sending from the one I want. I have the optino ticked to send from highlighted/selected mailbox. happens everytime. What am I missing?

MacBook Pro 2.2 C2D, 4GB RAM, 250 GB HDD, Mac OS X (10.6.8), iBook G4 1.3 Ghz 120GB 7200 RPM HDD 1.5GB Ram, Gen1 iPad
