I'm trying to put windows 7 on my iMac. It is now asking me to create a "bootable USB drive" and "select the Windows ISO image", what do I have to do? I have a Windows 7 instillation disk and I am using the latest Mac (the very thin one)
Please help, I'm feeling very stupid.
iMac, iOS 6.0.1, bootcamp
Open Boot Camp Assistant, click on the large Print Documentation button, read it carefully, then proceed.
Watched a video on YouTube, it was trying to get me to make a copy of the install disk, I did not need to do this. Untick the top box on the previously page. The guide does not help, just says read on screen instructions.
I am with you. The "instructions" could be in a different language. I need to select an Windows ISO image and I can search the entire web (ok, Google as I won't use Bing) and I get nada. Is it because Apple hates MSFT that the instructions are so bad?
You have to buy Windows, try Microsoft, or Amazon. MSFT are responsible for selling their software, why would you expect Apple to do it?
