Q: Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get my numbers off my old SIM that has been used in a Blackberry and into my new iPhone5 as it has a nano sim so I cannot put my old sim in the new phone and import them?

Ask your carrier if they can transfer the data to the new Nano-SIM for you. You can import contacts stored on the SIM using the iPhone.

Of course, since the BB is a 'smart phone' it would make more sense to transfer the contacts to your computer and bring them into a supported address book or upload them to a supported cloud service so you can just sync the to the iPhone from there.
