Why autocorrect of OSX doesn't work w/ autocorrect of Pages?

Hey all,

I've put a lot of entries for autocorrect settings in OsX:

But they strangely don't work automatically in Pages. I don't know if that's because it has its own autocorrect settings:

So if I try to write on Pages it doesn't recognize the entries I made in OsX, and vice versa. I keep having to type all entries on 2 diferent places, something really boring...

Anyone has any tips on how to solve this?
