Start at https://www.apple.com/retail and select the particular store that you wish to make the appointment at and you will find the phone number listed there. Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the top of the page and you can find the number to contact Apple in your location.

As far as I know, Genius Bar does not make reservations by phone.

I'm hesitant to believe the battery of an iPhone 6 needs replacing, but you can go to iPhone - Official Apple Support and from there, you can get information on how to have the battery of your phone checked remotely, or you can contact a particular store you wish to go to and make an appointment by phone, by the computer, or with the Apple Store app on your iOS device.
