I have a 1st generation iPad (A1337 on the iPad (Wi-Fi + 3G). I never set up a SIM lock number on my iPad and if I did I do not remember. Now I see a box on my screen that reads: Enter PUK (10 attempts remaining). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
