IOS 6.0 & 6.0.1 do not show contact name with country code

Briefly the issue is ...

After updating my iphone 4 from ios 5.1.1 to ios 6, contacts which are saved with country code in case using viber or other software. During incoming call from same contacts i see only phone number and not the name of contact. But contacts saved without country code they work perfect. For sms works the other way, if they are saved with country code will appear name if saved without country code then i see only number.

Please could you fix it is really disappointed issue with the presentation of IOS 6... I could give example of Kosovo gsm '' Vala " which has country code +377 and the phone numbers are composed of 044/45- xxx-xxx
