Will this work uninstalling 11 and reinstalling 10.7 or 10.6.3?

Updated to itunes 11 and it deleted all the songs on my ipod, moved all my purchased items to the cloud, is sluggish and now I can't share music with my other computers.

What is the best way to revert back without loosing more songs or play lists?
