How do you set up a Cogeco email on the iPhone 5?

I have been having a hard time trying to figure out how to set up my cogeco email on my new iPhone 5. I have tried to send emails and nothing happens and im not recieving any aswell. i know the outgoing and incoming servers are correct. my iPhone isnt verifying the account. any ideas??
