I have iWork 8 installed in imac. have also bought page for my iPad and iPhone. . Now I wanted . My new page to work on my iMac but I can not . For iPad and iPhone new page work well.
My question is two:
1. Can I update my installed iWork in iMac ?
2. Why page of iPad and iPhone can not be used for iMac ?

Because one version is designed for iOS and the other version for OS X.
Mac OS and iOS are two different operating systems. Applications made for either one also only work on the one they were made for. So, your new Pages is an iOS version which will work with your iOS devices. If you want to upgrade your iWork on your Mac, you can either buy iWork 09 retail from online resellers, or buy Pages (if that is all you need) from the Mac App Store (remember though that Keynote and Numbers won't be upgraded that way).
