My iPhone contacts doesn't show all contacts

OK I was looking for a contact on my iPhone and doesn't show I asked Siri and she found it for me on my contacts after I made my call I reboot my iPhone and the contact appear againg on my contacts list but few minutes later the contact hide again I only have one acount on my iPhone iCloud account.
