This popup when i turn on my computer...how to get rid of it

Q: "insecure setup item disabled"
Mac OS X v10.6 or later: "Insecure Startup Items folder" message appears after logging in
Okay guys, here's what I did. I opened Finder, clicked on Go, clicked on Computer, clicked on MacIntosh HD, clicked on Library, Clicked on startupitems, found file and dragged it to trash. Hope that helps.
