My iPhone is showing every calendar event as an invitation!

My iPhone 5 on iOS 6 is showing every calendar event as an invitation, even my own! It shows correctly on my Mac and all other devices.

I have tried removing my account from my phone and re-adding it but i can't seem to find a fix.

Any information/suggestions would be appreciated!
