HarmonyG Level 1 Level 1

I've had it for about 3 months now, but somehow recently the bottom part of the screen often flashes. and if I watch a video on youtube, the picture often flashes too.

I have warrenty, where should I go if I want to fix this problem?Do I need to bring my receipt? (seems like I've lost it)

Apple has records of when systems are purchased.   And you have a 1 year hardware warranty, 3 if you bought AppleCare.

As long as they determine it is manufaturing defect instead of abuse (sorry, had to say it) they will repair it.

Take it to your local Apple retailer for service.

Talk to them.  I paid for AppleCare, but Genius Bar still evaluates it.
