I made a calendar in iPhoto and tried to place an order in the US as it is a gift to relatives in the US. I am in Canada and tried to pay with my credit card but I won't accept my information (postal code not valid).
Am I limited to buying it in Canada (more expensive) and possibly incurring duty or taxes in the US?
It would be a lot simpler to have it printed in the US.
What version of iPhoto? for '11 set the print products country in the advanced iPhoto oreferences

Yes, iPhoto 11 and up to date.
Did that. For billing address still asks for a zip code and will not accept a Canadian postal code.
Go to the Apple store (store.apple.com) to your account and re-enter all of the information there being sure that one cli=ck ordering is on and try again

From what I understand one can only ship to the same country as the billing address on the credit card used.
