my iphone 5 get into water and in won't turn on, is this covered by apple 1 year warranty if not will apple replace it , and how much?

will the 1 year warranty be also on the one they will exhange? is it a new one?
You will get the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. The replacement phone could be new or refurbished...you don't get a choce...depends on what is in stock.
