How do I STOP automatic payment for an ap I no longer want?

Open the Apps Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom of the pane, tap your Apple ID and tap View your Apple ID. Viewing your account there is a section where you can manage subscriptions. You should be able to cancel this subscription in that section.

It's similar, you can either do it by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and logging into the account, or by tapping your icon at the top right of the Today tab in the App Store app

I have the same problem. That guide "http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098" is outdated. You can not manage auto-renewing from the "Account Information" screen in Itunes.

Did you get your money back?? Because this happened to me but I never got the huge money I got charged all at once.

You are mistaken, you can manage your auto renewing subscriptions from the Account Information screen in the iTunes app on a computer.
