Best use for an old G5

I have a 2005 G5 PowerMac that is gathering dust. Is it worth selling or should I take out the drives and use for back-ups and recycle the rest? Any ideas?

PowerMac G5, MacMini, MacBook G4, Mac OS X (10.5)

If you want to sell it, you might get more parting it out than selling it whole, especially if you sell on eBay or some other place where shipping comes into play. Many people are still tinkering with their G5s.
