Iphone 5 Exchange 07 Calendar: viewing availability

Looking to see if there is a way to view other users availability while trying to schedule calendar appointments on the Iphone 5 (IOS6 obv)


For all intensive purposes we are using Activesync with an MDM agent to deliver to the devices.
