Wifi connecter is like frozen?

Anyone who known what to do? I just got a new Iphone 4s, and known it won't connect to the wifi, it's like you can't push it to ON, it is like frozen?? Please help..

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

Is it greyed out? If so this article may help http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559 if it is a different issue give me some more info and I will try to help you with it. Thanks!

yeah it is grey, i have also turn it off and on, without any luck. I also restartet and deleted everything but it didn't help?

I really hope you can help me, cause I just had to sent my old Iphone in because it broke, and it would be too difficult to repair it, so they just sent a brand new to me. So I would be pretty upset f I to send this one in to..
