The bar disappears whenever the page I'm on is brought up to standard (full) screen size. I would like bar which has the Apple icon, the app that I'm working with, the words: File, Edit, View, History, etc., along with the Bluetooth icon, WiFi icon, etc. I would like the bar to remain visible at all times.

Thank You for your quick reply. Yes, I have been moving the cursor to the top of the display to see the Menu Bar. My question is: How can I keep the Menu Bar visible at all times when I am browsing the web.
Found the Solution to my problem. Just had to put cursor on the corners of the open window and "stretch" the window to the left, to the right, then up only to the point of the screen where the "Menu" is still visible. This solved the problem I had. Thanks.
When the menu bar is not visible, have you moved the cursor to the top of the display? The menu bar in some applications will then become visible.
