Q: How could I transfer photos from my Mac 10.8.2 to iPhone 5

Recently I have purchased iPhone 5. I am using a MacBook Pro with OS Mountain Lion (10.8.2.)

Now, I am lost in finding a way to share photos from Mac to iPhone or viceversa.

I shall appreciate any help to overcome the problem.
