    I must say your question is rather cryptic. I assume you are referring to Apple Directive HT4232

    No doubt your account is linked to the Thai store. You can use that store and no other anywhere in the world- but that is not what you asked, but since I know it I thought I'd mention it. I find free hotspots and download vast amounts of data in the form of crappy movie rentals and double payments for episodes of Breaking Bad.

     

    This recent change in password policy came about from a hacking scandal a while back. My previous password was a dictionary word that I used without issue for around 5 years.  Now Apple makes us jump through ridiculous hoops to cover their own past failures. These are outlined in Apple's typical half arsed fashion in that directive.
