Trying to do a 10.5.8 update,but forgot my password,DUH.How do I change it or recover the password to do my update,new at this iBook G4.Any help would be appreciated,Mark....

You cannot recover passwords but you can probably reset them.
You can use Software Update by logging into an admin account (eg first account created) and using the admin account password.
If you cannot remember an admin account password you can use the install DVD to reset it.
If you can't remember admin account passwords and don't have install DVDs please return for further instructions.
