Photos for Mac1 - in order to give an accurate answer it would be important to know exactly how you "moved" all of your photos
2 - are you trying to use them in iPhoto? If so then if you "moved" the photos correctly nothing will have changed in iPhoto
3 - if you are trying to use them in Aperature then you need to ask ab=out how to use Aperature in the Aperature forum as it does not involve iPhoto

Thanks for trying to help me with this.
1. I moved the entire library according to the directions given in Aperture essentially transferring the entire iphoto library in one event. After the transfer iphoto was empty. I don't remember the specific steps but I followed the directions in Aperture exactly.
2. I'm not using them at all since they no longer appear in the iphoto program. I just recently moved a few photos from Aperture into iphoto so I could make a new Christmas card this year and that worked fine. If the ability to make cards or photo books from Aperture exits I haven't found it yet.
3. see 2

Unaware of any such directions in Aperture. But as you hosed the iPhoto Library they got hosed too.

Photos for Mac1 - without specifics I have no idea how to help
2 - the question was "are you trying to use them in iPhoto? " - it sounds like you are - to do so you will have to export them from Aperature and import into iPhoto
3 - for information on how to use them in Aperature then you need to ask about how to use Aperature in the Aperature forum as it does not involve iPhoto
