iTunes movie download interrupted and won't download

I bought a movie on iTunes last night, and the download got interrupted (the internet was slow and it was going to take another 3 hours, at 12 midnight), so I paused all and shut iTunes down. When I went to resume this morning, I clicked the arrow (the circular one that usually resumes them) to resume, and it said that it had been downloaded...it hadn't. Then something else told me that I had already purchased the movie and I needed to check 'Check for Available Downloads' to resume...that didn't work either. I've tried restarting my Mac, etc and it won't even let me re-purchase the movie. Any help is great...I just want the stupid thing downloaded....
