I need to move my iTunes library from my Windows XP laptop to a Windows 7 desktop. The laptop no longer recognizes the wireless network, so I have to copy files to a portable drive and then to the new computer. My iPod is one of the smaller ones and doesn't hold my entire library. What files do I need to move and how? Thanks for any help!

iTunes- How to move the library to an EHD
iTunes- Back up your iTunes library by copying to an external hard drive
Then restore the backup from the external HDD to the new computer.

I just want to say thank you. I hadn't found those two pages on my own, and was getting very frustrated that I couldn't find out how to get my playlists, filenames, and ratings all at the same time. (One fix I tried didn't copy artist or album info for about 1/6 of my songs.)
