You don't change it there, you change it in iTunes on the computer.
For a Windows computer with iTunes 11.

Did you try opening iTunes, then going to Store>Authorize this computer and signing in with your ID?
iam on my laptop when i deauthorized all my computers i now dont know how to reauthorize it cause its not
a option on my laptop in itunes
