mac remove system lock pin code

If this is your system, You bought it from Apple, and you did not set a Pin on it, IE Firmware password or Locked from iCloud, then you need to take the system to an Apple store.

Other then that you have a door stop.

So basically i have lost my macbook pro. And then i found it yesterday and arrested the thief who stoke my macbook with using find my iphone app. And right nownim confused how to make the system lock code pin appeared. Because the thief had done something to my laptop ( so after my mac was taken by the thief. I immediately lock my mac using find my iphone app) and right now i dont know how to enter my pin code system because the system pin code doesnt come up after i turn on my mac. Please help me because all of my datas r there

Just as Shootist says for Zero, you will need to take your unit in to an Authorized Apple Service Provider, or Apple Store to have the lock removed. This security block is to protect owners from thieves performing the reset on stolen devices themselves. You will have to provide prrof of ownership. As long as the unit was registered, a simple ID is all you should need.
