problem with iphone 4s in wifi

i have wifi problem .

it is totaly grey and i cant make it on

i try all ,restart,restart network .... can some body help me

i was never ex[ect that apple company and specilaly Iphone will have such this problem this is bad name for this company and i am looking to change to samsung
