Q: Deleting individaul photos/files in icloud storage

I am out of icloud space so want to view and invidually delete what is being stored there.  When I access my icloud account I can't see photos/files, can only see icons for Mail, Contacts, Notes, Reminders....What am I doing wrong? 

iPhone 4S, Windows 7

Photo stream photos can't be seen on icloud.com.  They can only be viewed on an iOS device or computer that is signed into your iCloud account with photo stream enabled.  You can review and delete them from your device by opening your My Photo Stream album in the Photos app.

 

Camera roll photos are only included in your iCloud backup in iCloud, and cannot be viewed separately.  They can only be restored to your device.
