You are not addressing Apple here. We are users just like you. You can try and contact iTunes support at http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html, however you will find that most purchases are final and seldom do they do refunds. You might want to look at Restrictions on the iPhone to restrict in-app purchases if this was an accident.

As to your request, you probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:
It's possible they'll make an exception for you.
