itunes11 not sync media with my new ipad 4gen

hi i just buy my ipad but when i want sycn my media content .the i tunes just copy all apps but it can't sync my videos and music but with my ipod touch 4gen yes copy it all how can i fix that i won't reinstall i tunes because is so expensive have to download it again
