Photo Album All Mixed Up

So in my photos app that is standard on all iOS devices I have lots of photos that I sync with my iPhoto library. For some unknown reason, in each of my personal albums, my photos are all mixed up in no discernable order. I have them in order by date taken in iPhoto, and in the "Photo Library" and "Camera Roll" albums on both my iPad and my iPhone they are in the correct order. I have 2 albums that I sync from my iPhoto library, and these are the only ones that are all mixed up. One odd example of this is that my photos that I took this winter are seperate from the ones I took this past summer, but other than that, the individual photos are all mixed up. Some of them are in the correct order, but others are in random spots I've already deleted my cashe several times, but that has not worked. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks!
