login failed to Icloud windows 7

Hi there.

I am a new Iphone user and I am currently trying to set up Icloud Control Panel on my Asus Windows 7 Laptop. I have follwed the directions, and installed the applicatoin (.exe file) but the login doesnt seem to want to accept my Apple ID and/or password for some reason. I have tried resetting it and still wont let me in. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution? My appleID/password and Icloud password are working fine on other devices. Thank You,.
