Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I was running on leopard operating system. I had 2 partitions of my macbook disk. On of them had bootcamp installed which i deleted and through external usb i upgraded to snow leopard. Now i cannot access the other partition and I have a lot of documents that it is imperrative to recover. Please help!!!!!!!!!

Did you delete the bootcamp partition using Disk Utility?
If you did that probably has corrupted the disk.
There is every chance you will not be able to recover anything.

Yes i deleted bootcamp through disk utility and through I installed on the same partition the snow. do you think if i install in external drive leopard and boot from there will i be able to recover my data?

You are going to have to reformat the disk to a single partition and reinstall OS X as stated
