How do I manually add playlist to iPhone with iTunes 11?

I used to see my iPhone show up on the left in iTunes 10, and I would manually drag songs to the iPhone icon to add my music. How do I do that now in iTunes 11? I DO NOT WANT TO AUTOMATICALLY SYNC MY MUSIC. There are certain songs I do not want to sync, and don't want to create single song playlists. Pleas help. Thx.

I think I may have the answer, providing your iPhone/iPad is set to manually manage music:

1 - Connect your device so that it can be seen in iTunes 11

2 - Select your device and then select "On This iPhone" on the far right (or whatever your conencted device is)

3 - Under the blue "Done" button there is another button entiteld "Add to". Select this

4 - You will now be presented with your iTunes library for your computer. You can select one of the following options for searching your library

5 - Simply drag track(s), albums or playlists over to the iPhone mounted on the right side of iTunes
