Facebook Integration Calendar will not delete

I integrated facebook And yes i know they sync to your contacts and facebook events. But I would like to completely remove all facebook information from my idevice. I deleted my facebook account from the ios integration . All the contacts are gone but I noticed that my facebook events still show up even though i deleted my account. This is annoying af! I do not want facebook events/birthdays option in my calendar section at all.
