I accidently deleted one of my pre-loaded apps/icons on my iPhome 5 home screen. How can I get it back? Thanks!

You cannot delete built in apps.
It is likely on another page, in a folder, or you have restrictions set.
It was not an app/iconthat I put on the phone. It allowed me to put other apps into it in categories/files similar to the "Utilities" icon in that there are several aps in one. I only have 2 pages of apps/icons. It os not there. Any further help? I know I deleted it.

I believe he/she is saying he/she deleted a FOLDER, probably the "productivity" one. If that's the case, you can just make a new folder, there is no seperate app involved: You simply drag one app onto another and it groups them together in a new folder. You can then name that folder whatever you want, (or leave it with whichever default name it gives you, based on what you put into it).
