I have an iMac and iPhone at home and Exchange at work. I want to receive my work calendar on my Mac and phone but not my home calendar on my work calendar since I have to share my work calendar with other co-workers. They don't need to know when I have a hair appointment or where I went to dinner. Help!

As far as the iPhone is concerned, they will not sync together (home and work calendar) as they are listed as two seperate calendars. When adding new events on the iPhone, simply select the correct calendar to add the event to.
So the only issue is with syncing the Exchange calendar with the Mac.
There may be an option to select which calendar is default or which the event is being added to, but that's a question for the Mac forums not the iPhone forums.
