iCal invitations saving 1 hour earlier than intended

My team and I have recently moved to MacBook Pros, all using iCal, all with iPads and iPhones. We are all experiencing the same issue - when we send a client or external person an invitation from iCal, it saves in the recipient's calendar one hour earlier than our invitation time. Please help! This is really making our client relationships difficult!
