The answer from one of the forums:

Good evening. I looked your Imei.

This is a problem more and more often. The fact is that when you first activate the phone is logged into the database of the operator to which he is attached to the server and Apple.

If you do the unlock before the first activation, the phone is removed from the database of the operator and to the base of Apple, he never misses. As a result, the phone just hangs in the air.

And it can not pass activation. Itself it does not pass. I know of only two ways to resolve the problem.

1) Call to Apple.

My friends say that engaged Fix this problem, but his services are worth $ 100, so I did not check. But the reviews are good. In your place, I would have called in Apple.

I called AT & T, they said they do not have access to the activation server Apple

I called Apple, the conversation lasted more than an hour, but the problem persists. Maybe they did not understand me because of bad language.

Please help.
